Anibal Maldonado, M.D.
Anibal Maldonado M.D. joined Infectious Diseases Consultants in 2007. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Bradley University in Peoria, IL and his medical degree from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
Dr. Maldonado completed his Fellowship in Infectious Diseases and Tropical Medicine, and his Internship and Residency at the University of South Florida School of Medicine in Tampa, FL.
Dr. Maldonado is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has also completed specialized training in Hyperbaric Medicine and Wound Care. He serves as Affiliate Professor, Volunteer Faculty in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL.
He is a member of the Florida Infectious Disease Society, The Infectious Disease Society of America and the Undersea & Hyperbaric Medical Society.
